The Role
The role of the Account Support Specialist is to work closely with customer accounts to provide solutions to questions, handle data entry, prepare reports, handle payment files and customer service. Communication with BDM’s and retailers regarding queries and ad hoc project support where required. In this data driven role, you will be responsible for identifying issues and problem solving in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
  
The Requirements
To be considered for this role you will be tertiary qualified, extremely detail orientated and have proven experience handling customer accounts. You will be strong in data entry, producing reports, and have excellent customer service skills. You will have advanced skills in MS suite, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience in a consultancy, energy, environmental or metering services role is highly regarded. You will have excellent time management and a good commercial acumen. Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and, above all show initiative, is essential to your success.
