The Company

Our client is a civil construction and maintenance business that works on multiple projects across Tasmania.
  
The Role

  • Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with legislative requirements, industry Codes of Practice and Standards.
  • Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures and standards supporting the business compliance requirements and operational needs.
  • Oversee the internal and external compliance auditing program.
  • Ensure audit findings are communicated, analysed and responded to in a timely and effective manner which prevents reoccurrence of non-conformances with the support of HSE and Business Unit Leaders.
  • Manage the health surveillance program

The Requirements
To be considered for the role you will have relevant qualifications and proven experience in the development and maintenance of IMS, compliance frameworks, industrial health surveillance programs and HSEQ audits. You will have knowledge of all relevant AS/NZS and ISO standards for safety, environment and quality and the ability to engage with stakeholders to ensure these standards are adhered to across the business.
