The need has arisen for a HR Advisor to work in partnership with the business to provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enables key clients to effectively deliver their people strategy. You will provide a consultancy service that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions
Reporting to the National HR Manager and working closely with the HR team and relevant stakeholders, you will be responsible for all generalist HR activities across the business. You will take care of all ER issues, recruitment, training and advice to ensure swift and appropriate resolutions.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a tertiary qualification as well as proven generalist HR experience. You will have ER experience in a similar organisation. You will be a practical, logical thinker with the ability to multitask. Your communication skills will be excellent, you will have a strong work ethic and a very high attention to detail.
