Neil began his career specialising in the placement of HR professionals in central England. With a BA honours, major in HR, Neil has a solid understanding of how motivated and engaged people can drive a business to achieve its goals.

After an opportunity working in online advertising, Neil moved to Melbourne and continued his successful career in recruitment. His approach is to find the brightest people the market has to offer and ensure the cultural fit of the individual and organisation are aligned.

Neil has built strong relationships with a variety of clients from the not-for-profit, commercial and governmental sectors. Neil managed high performing teams alongside looking after his own extensive client base.

Neil specialises in HR, senior, management and executive placements.

Chris Wellock
Managing Partner

For over a decade, Chris has helped organisations grow across the world. He completed his Bachelor of Honours Degree in Business Studies at the University of Staffordshire before forging a successful career in the recruitment industry.

After finishing university, Chris worked in Boston, Massachusetts for a not-for-profit organisation before moving to Japan. He spent 5 years in Tokyo providing executive search and developing recruitment solutions for leading multinationals.

Chris has since settled in Australia with his family and helped many more people progress in their careers and partnered with organisations in the public and private sector across multiple industries. Chris’ main area of expertise include sales and marketing and business operations.
